Assisting team members with activities for older people across Teesside that promote emotional wellbeing, social inclusion, health and healthy eating.
Activities include – carpet bowls, indoor curling, walking groups, IT, Friendship Friday, Lunch and Social and chair based exercises.
Volunteers are required to sign up for 1 (or more) of the 2 sessions and attend this session every week during term time.
